Nobles-Rock Community Health Services is holding a H1N1 Vaccine Clinic for everyone ages 6 months and older. This clinic will be held at the Northland Mall, 1635 Oxford St, Worthington, MN 56187, on December 30th, 2009. You may use the Southeast/Northland Cinema entrance. The clinic will begin at approximately 10:00am and go until 8:00p. We will only be providing the injectable vaccines for this clinic.
The clinic will be offered free of charge and is open to the general public. More Community Clinics are being planned for January 2010 and information regarding these clinics will be made in the upcoming weeks as dates and locations are confirmed.
